After meeting Tim Kerr you will find that you leave feeling heard.  He will not only listen to what you are saying, but Tim’s communication and character will help you to better discern what you are truly trying to obtain.  His business acumen combined with his empathy are appreciated and needed in today’s world and in this industry.

Tim started his finance and real estate career in 1992 rising through various roles in banking until 2003 when he bought into and managed a successful commercial real estate office in North Dakota.  He helped expand and develop the office until he turned it over to his business partner in 2016.  Tim carries multiple decades of experience in commercial real estate, banking, finance and insurance.  Tim previously worked at Equity Bank as a senior vice president overseeing several billions of dollars of credits in multiple regions across four states.   Prior to moving to Wichita Tim also obtained experience working with a develop company and also developing several successful real estate projects.

Tim currently leads 3 other commercial realtors as a part of the Kerr team and enjoys investing in them and their careers.

Serving with local organizations and his church are just a few ways that he invests in other people and his community. Tim has mentored and coached others in many facets of life including youth sports, marriage mentorship to advising on many millions of dollars of real estate deals.

Tim and his wife, Dawn, enjoy family time with their sons, daughters-in-law and grands!  Special times include family gatherings and playing games.  Yes board games, but ask Tim about the clue based, amazing race adventure “game” he and his wife designed for a group of friends called Friend-Scursion!
