Ronnie Price is a commercial real estate professional with a distinctive background in industrial operations and economic development. With nearly 30 years in the aerospace industry, Ronnie began his career at Boeing and later joined Spirit AeroSystems, where he specialized in chemical recovery, reverse osmosis, and industrial wastewater treatment. After retiring in 2019, he shifted his focus to business ventures, including reconfiguring the racetrack concession stand at 81Speedway and successfully turning around a failed distillery by relocating and redesigning its operations.

Driven by a passion for helping businesses find the right location, Ronnie brings valuable expertise in economic development. He is an active volunteer and board member at Freedom Hooves Therapeutic Riding Center, which offers therapeutic horseback riding for individuals with special needs, a member of the Wichita Executive Association and an Honorary Commander of the 931st ARW at McConnell AFB. Ronnie combines his practical experience and community involvement to support clients in making informed commercial real estate decisions.
