Ronnie Price is a commercial real estate professional with a strong foundation in industrial operations, economic development, and disciplined execution. He spent nearly 30 years in the aerospace industry with Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems, where he worked in complex industrial environments involving chemical recovery, reverse osmosis, and industrial wastewater systems. This operational background gives Ronnie a practical understanding of how facilities function and what businesses need to operate efficiently.
After retiring in 2019, Ronnie shifted his focus to economic development and commercial real estate, bringing the same work ethic and persistence that defined his aerospace career. He is known for his tenacity—successfully running for public office despite being largely unknown, personally visiting more than 1,000 homes to earn a decisive election victory. That same hands-on approach carries into every client engagement.
Ronnie has worked alongside developers, contractors, and public agencies to assemble and advance commercial and industrial projects, including a 66.4-acre industrial and warehousing site with direct coordination from the Kansas Turnpike Authority for I-35 access. He has played a key role in attracting and supporting business growth throughout the region and maintains strong working relationships with local, state, and federal leaders.
