With deep roots in Wichita, where he has lived for a combined 27 years, Jordan Hoefler brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a passion for helping people find their place to call home. A graduate of Andale High School and Barton Community College, Jordan’s journey into real estate was shaped by his family’s experience owning and managing more than 150 properties, including single-family homes, multi-family investments, and short-term rentals in Kansas and Florida.

Before real estate, Jordan spent 18 years as a general manager in the restaurant industry, most recently with Redrock Canyon Grill. During that time, he built lasting relationships, consistently exceeded expectations, and earned a reputation for communication, integrity, and empathy. His ability to connect with people, improve processes, and deliver results set him apart as both a leader and a trusted resource.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, following baseball and football, and working as a dedicated dog rescuer. Clients value his positive energy, strong people skills, and hardworking, family-first approach. A proud Christian and Wichita native who has lived on both the east and west sides of the city, Jordan is dedicated to making every client’s real estate journey smooth, honest, and rewarding.
