John Rupp started his real estate career in 2002 when he moved back to Wichita after receiving his degree from the University of Kansas. He decided to make the move back home and join his father, Terry Rupp, who was already a well-established name in the real estate and auction industries. John quickly learned the dynamics of the real estate market and became a valuable asset to his father's established business, and the two of them continued to grow and expand throughout the State of Kansas.

In 2013, John and Terry welcomed Jake Steven to their real estate business and the three of them formed the Rupp|Steven Team. John focuses his efforts on representing clients in the sale and purchase of farms, ranches, hunting properties, development land, investment properties, and general commercial real estate brokerage. He has the ability to represent his clients in both the traditional listing format and through the auction sales process. John completed auction school in 2009 from the Missouri School of Auctioneers. Throughout his career, he has been a top-producing agent in his market and takes great pride in representing his clients.

John is married to Dr. Jasmin Steven Rupp and they have two beautiful girls. John's wife is an entrepreneur herself and owns her own dental practice in the Delano area of Wichita. They are an active family and John enjoys spending time outside with his family, whether it be riding bikes, playing in the yard, or going golfing.
 
John is active in his community and is active with several different charitable organizations.  The Rupp|Steven Team volunteers their time in the community and helps raise money for many worthy organizations by performing charitable auctions. They take great pride in giving back to the community and doing their part to help others in need. John is also involved with Kapaun Mt. Carmel and St. Thomas Aquinas schools in helping with their fundraising events each year.
