Joel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Wichita State University and is a graduate of the Continental School of Auctioneering. His career spans over a decade of success in property enhancement and real estate, including owning and operating Kansas Wildlife Management since 2010, where he has served more than 30 clients across four states. Joel’s specialties include habitat and land management, tailored property improvements, and auction services.

In addition to his sales achievements, Joel is actively pursuing his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, further solidifying his expertise in land and commercial real estate. He is also leading notable development projects, including a 20-acre site at 29th and Greenwich and a 150-acre residential development in Andover with approximately 620 lots in conceptual planning.
