Jill is a lifelong resident of East Wichita – Having held management positions with the Cricket Alley Boutique and the Wichita Racquet Club Pro Shop Jill was well known in the retail clothing circles for her expertise and unique brand of customer service prior to entering the world of real estate sales twenty-three years ago.
Jill began her Real Estate career & credits much of her success to the lessons learned while working for the Ritchie Development Company -one of Wichita’s premier developers. During her time with RDCJill’s efforts were focused on the marketing and sale of new homes inthe Rocky Creek and Flint Hills National developments. After fouryears with RDC, Jill moved her license to JP Weigand and Sons,totry her hand in and learn the re-sale side of the real estate business.Shortly after joining the Weigand Team good fortune would intervene and she was approached by a group of developers seeking herexpertise in the new home sales arena who offered her the opportunity to take the lead position for the Stonebridge Development. Forthe next seven years while continuing with her efforts as a re-saleagent Jill was about the business of assisting the developers with every phase of the preparation and pre-marketing efforts of their newdevelopment. The development opened for sale in 2008. For the next 12 years Jill skillfully coordinated the efforts of the devel-opers, builders and buyers of 134 new homes in the Stonebridge area successfully achieving the completion of one East Wichita finer residential communities in mid-summer of 2020. With the Stonebridge effort completed, Jill made the personal decision to make yet another change of direction with her career and is very excited to have the opportunity to be teamed up with broker Reece Nichols of South Central Kansas and outstand-ing Sales Agent Kelly Kemnitz - namesake and founder of Kelly Kemnitz & Associates. While Jill will be engaged like all mem-bers of KK& Associates in the sales of re-sale properties – her primary focus as a part of the Kemnitz Team will be to provide support for her teammates & assist them in the process of providing every client with an exemplary experience – acting as an “eye for the details” she will assist in the facilitation of client / team communication, provide office and clerical assistance and serve to make sure that all facets of the sales process are effected efficiently and thoroughly.Jill and her husband Rex are the proud parents of three daughters – each of whom are married and have with their respective husbands provided Jill with a collective group of seven granddaughters – Family is Jill ‘s passion – especially her cadre’ of granddaughters. Her second passion is decorating and she absolutely loves to assist others in that effort – “there is nothing quite so satisfying as seeing the joy of others when they exceed their decorating expectations.”
