Gaylene Alderson brings a vibrant mix of creativity, professionalism, and community spirit to Kelly Kemnitz & Associates, one of the top residential real estate teams in Wichita. A lifelong resident of the greater Wichita area, Gaylene is deeply rooted in the community and brings a fresh perspective to every transaction she touches.

Gaylene graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing, which launched a successful career in the clothing industry, specializing in import sourcing and product development for over a decade. Her professional background, combined with her keen eye for design and detail, translates seamlessly into real estate—especially when helping clients envision the potential in a space or preparing a home to shine on the market. Beyond her professional experience, Gaylene has dedicated countless hours to volunteer work, serving through the Junior League of Wichita, Designing Women of Mark Arts, and the Wichita Collegiate School Parent Association. Her passion for fashion, interior design, the arts, and education has made her a standout in every organization she's joined.

Gaylene is married to Joel and proud mom to two sons, Benjamin and Thomas. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, playing tennis, and spending quality time with friends and family. She thrives on building lasting relationships, problem- solving with care, and listening with intention—skills she’s honed both professionally and personally over the years. With a warm  personality, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine desire to serve, Gaylene is excited to help clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
