She was recognized as one of nine agents in the Prairie Land Awards of Excellence Gold level for more than $10 million in sales volume at $11.3 million for 2024 across 58 transactions with average days on market at only 28.

Dianne is a United States Air Force veteran, a graduate of DePaul University holding a B.A. degree in organizational development and a seasoned executive in prior corporate careers focused on customer service, relationship management and business development in both corporate and non-profit management fields. Dianne returned home to Kansas, bringing her hustle and commitment learned from working in Chicago, Boston and Houston while serving global clients, to her hometown real estate practice. Dianne is an avid reader and collector of first- edition classics. Married to John Blick in 2010, they share a mutual love for Snoopy the Beagle, camping, exploring, and nature.
