Dee Carlson knew early in life that she was destined to work in Real Estate. Her father, James Hardman, Jr., owned Hardman Real Estate and Development, Inc. in Parsons, Kansas. She worked there throughout high school and while attending Labette Community College for two years. Dee then moved to Wichita to complete her education.

Following her graduation from Wichita State University, with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Dee joined a local Real Estate company as the Advertising Coordinator; a position she held for five years before joining The Carnahan Group in 2006 as the Director of Marketing and Residential Listings. Shortly after becoming a team member of The Carnahan Group, Dee earned her Real Estate License and has been happily working directly with clients on their Real Estate endeavors since 2006. 

Passionate about the marketing and advertising of each listing and working closely with sellers to get their homes sold quickly at the highest price possible -  Dee is just as tenacious when it comes to helping clients find that perfect place to call home. When Dee is not putting the finishing touches on The Carnahan Group marketing, or finding that perfect home for her buyer, she spends her free time with her husband, Tyson, and their two boys, Braedyn & Carter.
