There’s an old saying that easily reflects DANI’s (Danielle Wildeman’s) modus operandi: “If you want to get something done, find someone who’s busy.” Well, anyone who knows DANI will attest to her high energy and “get-it-done” style! She exudes it as a group fitness instructor…avid water skier…dog lover…Wichita promoter and high-performance real estate pro—just to name a few of her passions.

It is exactly this active lifestyle that might cause many to be stunned to learn that DANI has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Secondary Education and a Master’s Degree in History. Although she found her way to Wichita from Concordia, Kansas, and taught in the Wichita Public Schools, it was her love for the people…the culture…the environment… and real estate that caused her to become SOLD ON WICHITA.

Meeting her husband–Darrin Wildeman, with over 30 years in the aircraft industry–solidified her passion for Wichita as the place to live… work…play…and grow. So, how does she do it all? “Those who know me best real estate clients and those I work with in athletics, personal fitness, and community projects…observe that I am extremely well-disciplined about my training… attention to a healthy lifestyle…my family… my real estate career, and all the opportunities and responsibilities surrounding it,” says DANI.

Maybe it’s her years in education or her years growing up in a small town that gives DANI such a unique perspective on the importance of both experience and community. “Walking and running my yellow labs at the park and seeing the same people there has become part of my day. Attending basic obedience training with them also seems to help us both work together. I guess it’s more of the teacher in me coming out. Whether with my dogs or my business, I have high expectations.” DANI observes.

DANI knows all too well the importance of her role as a real estate professional in promoting and building Wichita and the surrounding area as the place to live. She remarks energetically, “Transferees and locals alike need to know the tremendous benefits of being part of such a vibrant and robust community. I am constantly involved in learning about the economic…cultural… spiritual…sports…lifestyle… artistic…and social trends that cement my passion as one who is SOLD ON WICHITA.”
