Arlin grew up on a small family farm in Missouri. He got an early start in sales working alongside his dad in the family construction business and has always loved meeting new people and helping them pursue their goals.

He became a real estate agent in 2016 and loves walking with people through their real estate transitions. When he’s not working, he is spending time with his wonderful wife and 2 energetic boys.
