Alex Ibarra is a dedicated commercial real estate professional based in Wichita with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. He began his commercial real estate career in January 2019 as an intern, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the industry by collaborating with agents and the broader real estate community. This foundation set the stage for his future success.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from Wichita State University in the Fall of 2020, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance-Real Estate and Entrepreneurship-Real Estate, as well as minors in Marketing and Personal Selling. Throughout his academic journey, he garnered several prestigious awards, including the Kansas Hispanic Education & Development Foundation’s (KHEDF) Outstanding Scholar Award and the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Rising Star of the Year.

Alex has handled all types of commercial real estate, but thoroughly enjoys the leasing and investment sales of the retail and restaurant industries, having recently worked with bbq chicken, Coffee Daze, The Big Biscuit, Tacos TJ 664, The Easy Egg, and Greater Grounds Coffee, to name a few.

With a strong track record of academic achievement, industry expertise, and community involvement, Alex is poised to continue making a significant impact in commercial real estate in Wichita.
